Management
The Board of Directors of the Issuer currently consists of:
Sebastien Guyon, appointed by the Supervisory Board President of the Management Board of the Issuer dated July 7, 2016 year.
Sebastien Guyon is also the President of Poland Services Cold Store Sp. o.o., a subsidiary of the Issuer, also acts as Manager. Sales of foreign Iberdigest S.L., which is the majority shareholder of the Issuer and at the same time business partner of the Company in Africa.
